As a Senior Manager in our Commercial Banking Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in leading transformative Business and Technology initiatives within the wholesale lending sector. You'll design and implement business changes that improve operational effectiveness, focusing on people and process transformations.

Advising C-suite clients:
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, addressing critical business challenges. Defining strategies:
Collaborate with clients to craft their business and technology strategies. Transforming operating models:
Redesign world-class operating models for wholesale credit institutions. Leading implementations:
Oversee implementation projects for wholesale credit systems, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment. Project management:
Manage all project delivery aspects, from securing client buy-in to planning and execution. Team coordination:
Efficiently source and coordinate work from internal teams. Offering development:
Innovate and create next-generation technology offerings for wholesale credit. Business development:
Drive initiatives to create new client opportunities. Thought leadership:
Position yourself as an industry thought leader. Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 80% across the United States and Canada. Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience in professional services, specifically in technology or management consulting. A minimum of 7 years in the commercial credit sector, covering sales, underwriting, servicing, and portfolio management. Proven success in leading complex transformation programs, especially involving nCino software. Experience guiding large-scale commercial credit transformations across various workstreams. Strong relationship management skills with C-suite executives. A Bachelor's degree is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching new banking products. Implemented advanced analytic capabilities in commercial lending. Familiarity with additional commercial lending platforms. An advanced degree or relevant financial industry certification. A background in nCino and relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus. Professional Skills: Ability to excel in a collaborative environment.
