How you'll make an impact:

Develop and plan strategic to enterprise-level projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables on behalf of CVP and Leadership Team (LT), including analysis, metrics, reporting, and executive decision support

Serve in an advisory role to management to provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute enterprise-level projects, initiatives and/or programs

Direct strategic activities with overall responsibility of developing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, recommending and implementing changes to methods through several managers. Develop a robust talent development and succession planning in alignment with functional growth strategies across the global organization

Identify and evaluate enterprise-level process improvements and/or course correction/alignment opportunities including evaluations of new systems and/or procedures. Drive continuous improvement of Strategy program/project management capabilities through best practices, governance processes, and direct leadership

Partner with the CVP and LT on strategic communications and management processes

Serve as trusted partner to Strategy LT members and BU Operations leaders; develop recommendations to enhance EW Operations performance and capabilities

Develop targeted Operations initiatives within Strategy or in partnership with particular Business Units (BUs)

Manage processes for Operations Council and ELT Operations Committee forums (e.g., agendas, communications, outcomes, etc.)

What you'll need (Requirement):

Bachelor's Degree in a related field related to Strategy or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or

Master's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field or experience in Strategy or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred

Skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Senior Manager or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required

Other: Certification in related field Preferred

What else we look for (Preferred):

Experience working in a related industry preferred

Proven successful project management leadership skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

Expert understanding of procedures while looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems

Expert understanding and interpretation of complicated market dynamics with the ability to identify and quantify market potential, and build business case with both business and financial analysis skills

Expert understanding of related aspects of processes and/or systems

Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate value to the business

Ability to listen to stakeholders, discover unmet needs, develop strong rapport with audience, and be customer-focused.

Strict attention to detail

Ability to provide leadership and direction to large cross-functional teams to successfully implement global enterprise systems and related solutions

Develop relationships and leverage them to influence change

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $209,000 to $296,000 (highly experienced).
