Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Solutions Expert, you will be a key member of our delivery practice leadership team. Your expertise will guide the implementation scope and design innovative solutions, ensuring successful engagements for Cloud ERP Financials projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
Delivery
Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials ERP solutions, actively shaping design, development, and integration processes.
Create and support enterprise design and integration solutions that connect Oracle Cloud ERP with other essential systems.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their unique business needs and provide strategic insights, architecting tailored solutions using Oracle Cloud Financials.
Design comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements and best practices, utilizing team input and your expertise.
Work alongside technical teams to design seamless integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and third-party systems to ensure efficient data movement.
Engage with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, workstream leads, and project managers, to achieve project milestones.
Effectively configure Oracle Cloud applications in partnership with workstream leads, utilizing built-in features to address specific requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to enhance application performance through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, security, and business standards.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
Establish best practices within the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials suite, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
Pre-Sales/Sales
Facilitate initial discovery calls to assess and align customer needs with Oracle Cloud Financials applications.
Contribute to creating proposals and statements of work to streamline processes.
Demonstrate the capabilities of Oracle Cloud Financials to potential clients, showcasing its value.
Stay up-to-date on service offerings and Oracle product updates through continuous learning, conferences, and webinars.
Collaborate with the Delivery Director and Sales Team to develop practical, implementable solutions that integrate client needs with software functionalities.
Maintain awareness of current releases, features, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding design and best practices, fostering strong relationships.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
A post-secondary degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
7-10 years of experience as a delivery consultant, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior delivery lead or Solutions Architect role, demonstrating effective leadership and teamwork.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, and Taxes.
Comprehensive understanding of accounting processes and workflows, alongside their relationship to application functionality and client business needs.
Adept at analyzing complex business processes, identifying risks, and proposing effective solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP.
Skilled in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications to meet specific client requirements.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Able to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
