Job Responsibilities
Engage with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
Assist with bookings and coordination of arrangements
Research, compare, and confirm options based on client preferences and needs
Provide accurate information and personalized guidance
Manage updates, changes, and service-related requests efficiently
Maintain organized and accurate client records
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
