Due to continued growth we have partnered with a leading distributor in the Sealing and Gasket industry. New office location in Conroe will be seeking to add an inside sales/Quotation Rep for permanent hire.
Review requests for quotations including specifications and data sheets.
Acknowledging and responding to customer RFQs
Reviewing and understanding customer’s terms and conditions associated with the requests for quotations and make appropriate clarifications
Work with the responsible outside sales representative or Account Manager to determine the best course of action in quoting the requirements
Assessing costs and lead times based on system/vendor information
Generating and updating price lists
Reviewing pricing strategies with sales and management
Following up and dispositioning open quotes
Maximizing potential and adoption of new quoting tool
Estimation of manufactured products
Coordinating and facilitating support activities with the technical Product Management / Engineering Team
Responsibilities
Excellent Microsoft office suite skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet all deadlines
