Role Overview As a specialized Sales Consultant focused on Integration & Analytics, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives and various teams to boost market adoption and secure new business opportunities. Your expertise will translate public sector missions into tailored, insightful solutions that improve constituent services, operational efficiency, and educational success, all while adeptly navigating the complexities of public sector procurement processes. Key Responsibilities Deal Strategy and Execution:

Collaborate with Data Platform AEs to craft and execute pursuit strategies, qualify opportunities, and drive deals to successful closure. Build Business Cases:

Develop compelling ROI narratives that resonate with public sector objectives, enhancing service delivery and efficiency. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management:

Take the lead in managing sales cycle stages from discovery and solution mapping to demonstrations, pilot programs, and contract negotiations. Pipeline Generation:

Engage in proactive prospecting, activate marketing campaigns, and establish connections with key decision-makers in governmental and educational institutions. Executive Engagement:

Position yourself as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and agency leaders by facilitating strategic workshops and roadmapping sessions. Public Sector RFX Expertise:

Oversee the RFI/RFP response strategy, aligning with purchase requirements and supporting funding and contracting pathways. Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to ensure accuracy and governance in sales forecasts. Thought Leadership:

Create reusable public sector use cases and reference guides to empower effective sales strategies. Compliance Awareness:

Ensure all proposals comply with frameworks for data governance, security, and regulations like FERPA, CJIS, and HIPAA. Focus Areas: Integration:

Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud, API Management, and Data Integration tools to provide seamless solutions. Analytics:

Leverage Oracle Analytics Cloud for robust reporting and data visualization. Collaborative Selling:

Partner with Oracle Data Platform and OCI teams to deliver high-performance, secure solutions. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in specialized sales, with a focus on integration and analytics within the public sector. Proven success in collaborating with Account Executives to exceed sales targets, showcasing strong lead generation and negotiation abilities. Ability to connect public sector missions to analytical solutions and quantify the value of proposed solutions. Solid understanding of modern integration patterns and analytics architectures. Strong credibility with stakeholders, complemented by excellent communication skills. Proficiency in public sector procurement processes, with familiarity in RFI and RFP dynamics. Experience managing complex sales pursuits and disciplined oversight of pipelines. Familiarity with cloud technologies and Oracle's product suite is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
