Join our dedicated team and play a vital role in prioritizing health The Senior Anaplan Solution Architect is pivotal in leveraging technology to address business challenges through hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. You will provide strategic guidance to functional teams, utilizing your extensive technical expertise to enhance operations effectively. This role requires working closely with both Finance and HR teams to maximize the capabilities of Anaplan while aligning with corporate architecture, data governance, and strategic planning objectives. You will translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions, ensuring system integration of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You will also advise senior leadership to develop significant functional strategies and navigate complex issues with a high degree of independence. Anaplan Master certification is strongly preferred Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete Anaplan solution architecture focusing on Workforce Planning and Workforce Management.

Work strategically to establish overarching architectural standards and vision for Anaplan across the enterprise.

Act as a subject matter expert for robust, organization-wide Anaplan implementations and integrations.

Provide mentorship on modeling frameworks, governance, and best practices to Lead Architects and team members.

Participate in strategic planning and optimization efforts, aligning with broader architecture initiatives.

Lead the development and implementation of Anaplan modules for:

Finance:

Headcount cost modeling, compensation planning, forecasting, scenario analysis.

HR:

Position management, hiring strategies, attrition modeling, workforce analytics.

Manage integration strategies with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake) to ensure smooth data exchange.

Serve as an authority on Anaplan security models, user access, and role management.

Guide and mentor cross-functional and offshore teams in model development, testing, and deployment.

Establish and sustain reporting and dashboard solutions utilizing Anaplan and other tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Act as a strategic SME to Finance and HR leadership, shaping the planning roadmap for the enterprise.

Strategic & Technical Leadership Function as a connector between IT, Finance, and HR to ensure planning tools align with business strategy.

Contribute to the technology roadmap by assessing new trends in workforce planning, predictive analytics, and EPM solutions.

Drive continuous improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative enhancements to planning processes.

Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and governance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).

Lead initiatives aimed at promoting new planning capabilities and tool adoption.

Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in Anaplan, including model building, architecture, ALM, and security management.

Demonstrated experience supporting Finance and HR in a planning or analytical context.

Strong knowledge of financial planning, workforce management, and organizational structure.

Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, and Oracle, as well as Snowflake.

Proficient with integration tools (e.g., Oracle OIC, Informatica, MuleSoft, Anaplan Connect, APIs).

Skilled in utilizing data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Expertise in predictive modeling technologies (e.g., Python, R, AzureML).

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a capacity to influence across business and IT.

Preferred Qualifications Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification.

Experience with alternative EPM platforms (e.g., Oracle PBCS, Oracle EPM, Adaptive Insights, SAP BPC).

A background in enterprise architecture, data strategy, or IT business analysis.

Experience operating in agile delivery environments and managing product backlogs.

Work-from-Home Requirements Must have a high-speed DSL or cable modem for home office operations. A minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required.

Satellite and wireless internet connections are not suitable for this role.

A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

Travel:

Occasional travel to Humana's offices may be necessary for training or meetings. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Salary Range This compensation range outlines our good faith estimate for starting base pay (40 hours/week) at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on location and individual qualifications including skills, experience, education, and certifications. $172,200 - $236,900 annually. This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan tied to individual and/or company performance.
