The Opportunity Join our Lifecycle Management marketing team as a Marketing Specialist, specializing in Dealer Financial Services. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns tailored for our auto and dealership clients. Your key responsibilities will include crafting email campaigns and designing various marketing materials. With your sharp communication skills and keen attention to detail, you'll successfully manage multiple projects while prioritizing quality. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing you to work 2-3 days in our Detroit or Charlotte offices while working from home on the remaining days. Ally will not sponsor employment authorization for new applicants for this role. The Work You'll Do Collaborate closely with the team to proactively promote Dealer Financial Services to our Ally dealers, strengthening relationships across different business lines. Execute data-driven campaigns, leveraging dealer segmentation to improve performance and making strategic adjustments to enhance impact. Oversee the production and scheduling of diverse marketing materials, including emails, sell sheets, videos, testimonials, direct mail, digital banners, and web content. Engage with internal and external marketing agencies to ensure all content is consistent with our branding and messaging guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as product owners, sales teams, compliance, IT, and legal. Assist in backend operations management using tools like Hubspot, Nucleus, Salesforce, and Monday.com. Coordinate content approvals with legal, compliance, and brand departments efficiently. The Skills You Bring A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Preferred experience in marketing or advertising roles. Familiarity with the financial services or automotive industry is a valuable plus. Experience in managing client relationships is preferred. A proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment. A demonstrated ability to manage projects while meeting deadlines. Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a sense of urgency. Confidence in presenting information during meetings with stakeholders. Willingness to travel as required.
