will be a key member of our global Digital Marketing team, driving innovative digital initiatives designed to enhance pipeline growth and boost customer engagement within our Clinical Effectiveness division. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with expertise in marketing automation, email management, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimization. You will spearhead

email marketing and marketing automation using Adobe Marketo Engage , while supporting

account-based digital advertising

initiatives through

6sense

and

LinkedIn Campaign Manager . Your collaboration with global stakeholders—including Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, and Data/Analytics—will be vital in delivering personalized, measurable, and revenue-focused multi-touch digital experiences. This position is hybrid, requiring presence in a Wolters Kluwer office 2 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

Oversee the development, quality assurance, and execution of comprehensive email programs, nurturing streams, triggered workflows, and operational campaigns within

Adobe Marketo Engage . Create and manage

Smart Lists, Smart Campaigns, tokens, snippets, A/B tests, and dynamic content

to maximize audience engagement and improve conversion rates. Ensure compliance with global email governance, including naming conventions, folder organization, and adherence to deliverability, GDPR, and CCPA best practices. Partner with stakeholders to strategically convert campaign briefs into scalable Marketo programs that resonate with audience targeting and lifecycle stages.

Account-Based Digital Advertising Support

Assist in launching and managing ABM campaigns using

6sense , focusing on audience creation, workflow management, intent-based targeting, and stage-specific activation. Support execution of advertising on LinkedIn and Meta (including Sponsored Content and Conversation Ads) to ensure precise audience targeting and seamless integration with Marketo workflows. Collaborate with digital advertising teams to facilitate cohesive cross-channel engagement between advertisements, web initiatives, and email nurturing strategies.

Campaign Operations, Optimization & Insights

Design and implement comprehensive

end-to-end integrated programs

that connect digital advertising, landing pages, web personalization, and email initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, deliver actionable insights dashboards, and provide recommendations for optimizations based on engagement patterns and content effectiveness. Establish structured A/B and multivariate testing plans over various channels, including subject lines, CTAs, content formats, and audience segments. Work collaboratively with Analytics, Content, and Program teams to ensure precise campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.

Program & Process Management

Develop and maintain scalable audience segmentation strategies that ensure exact targeting, alignment with buyer personas, and reduced audience fatigue across programs. Ensure all campaigns uphold brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and consistent messaging across diverse regions. Oversee budget tracking for digital advertising and ABM programs, ensuring accuracy across campaigns and associated cost centers. Contribute to ongoing enhancements of MarTech processes, including documentation, QA procedures, and campaign setup templates.

of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations (Experience in Healthcare or enterprise SaaS preferred). Hands-on experience with: Adobe Marketo Engage (required)

or similar ABM/intent platforms. LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta. Salesforce CRM. Web analytics tools

(e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics). Experience with

HTML/CSS

and email template editing is advantageous. Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner Expert Certification

is a plus. Familiarity with

The stated compensation range is based on the primary location of the position.
