Overview The Art Director generates a range of ideas and designs to solve client’s marketing problems. You will accomplish this through personal efforts and by effectively managing broad project parameters, less experienced team members, and outside freelancers.

Prepares design solutions for internal and external presentations

Participates in production process to ensure integrity of final product (print, video or digital production).

Oversees the pre-production process, working with electronic production to ensure integrity of files

Regularly lead client planning meetings

Understand client brand and business objectives, translating them into a compelling concept

Expanded client experience permits incumbent to develop a range of options to client challenges while continuing to develop knowledge and understanding of the client’s business and its competition

Qualifications

2+ years of progressive graphic communications experience necessary to produce effective and compelling design for all elements of the creative solution

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Solid grasp of promotional marketing strategies and tactics

Emerging presentation and communication skills necessary to effectively manage workflow across teams and recommend improvements to existing processes

Analytical skills necessary to evaluate creative approach, and seek unexpected, original, and innovative ideas

Compensation Range: $66,120.00 - $91,350.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
