These responsibilities include some of the following:**WHAT YOU WILL LEAD****COMMS DEVELOPMENT*** Lead the brand’s modern marketing transformation, putting social, PR, earned, and cultural storytelling at the center of how Centrum shows up in the world.* Build earned‑worthy ideas rooted in consumer behavior, platform nuance, and cultural signals — ensuring our presence across earned, owned, organic, and paid channels stays bold and consumer‑first.* Serve as brand lead for halo cultural programs including US Soccer and MAOTC* Drive social‑first scientific storytelling, partnering with innovation, global, and medical teams to translate science into compelling, scroll‑stopping content.**PERFORMANCE MEDIA & MODERN GROWTH*** Accelerate growth through performance marketing sprints, personalization, and agile experimentation — in partnership with performance marketing teams.* Act as the brand’s primary partner to the media team, shaping strategy, optimizing in real time, and championing ROI discipline with speed and creativity.**STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE*** Support brand strategy development for 2026, 2027 and beyond, ensuring Centrum remains relevant across generational audiences and emerging wellness behaviors.* Collaborate with Customer Strategy teams to develop modern retail and shopper experiences — including ecommerce acceleration and new distribution innovation.* Work with global partners to adapt or originate global content for the U.S., ensuring our work is modern, social‑first, and insight‑led.**TEAM LEADERSHIP & TALENT DEVELOPMENT*** Develop and mentor associate brand managers, creating a high‑performance team built on creativity, agility, and marketing craft excellence.## ## **Basic Qualifications:**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:* Bachelor’s degree* 4+ years of commercial marketing experience in a mid-sized beauty and/or wellness company* Recent experience in a digital-first environment with expertise in social media, performance marketing, personalization, e-commerce and culture-first activations* Strong influencing and leadership skills both with senior audiences and cross-functional peers and leaders* Strong project management skills* Experience with brand strategy development, creative development, media management, promotional planning, ecommerce and social media* Strong communication skills (written, storytelling and presentation)* Proven expertise managing and motivating outside agencies and vendors**Preferred Qualifications:**If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:* MBA* Prior experience working within matrixed organizations on global brands**\*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.***The salary range for this role is $142,282 - $177,852 USD annually*## **Benefits**Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
