The contractor will support the design team by developing and organizing new brand assets exclusively in Figma, with the goal of completing all required materials by June 15.

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities
Design assets in Figma based on existing content and brand guidelines
Collaborate with brand team and internal designers to ensure consistency and alignment across all deliverables
Organize, upload, and maintain files within Canto and Dropbox
Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly with the broader design team
Ensure accuracy and quality across all newly created assets
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Figma design system, including card templates, editing, and file organization
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating in a fast‑moving environment
High attention to detail
Consistently delivers high‑volume output with quick turnaround deadlines
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Experience working with shared asset libraries (Canto, Dropbox, or similar tools)
Working knowledge of generative AI tools, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Sora, Nano Banana, etc.
Self‑directed work style with the ability to stay organized while remote
Entry level to midlevel design experience
