Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Management
Launch and manage CTV/OTT campaigns end‑to‑end: forecasting, proposals, trafficking, targeting, QA, pacing, and optimizations
Monitor campaign delivery daily and proactively resolve issues (creative approvals, pacing shifts, reporting discrepancies, etc.)
Ensure campaigns align to client goals, flight dates, budgets, and performance expectations
Performance & Optimization
Analyze performance using impression‑level analytics and core KPIs (delivery, reach, frequency, pacing, attribution, etc.)
Make optimization recommendations and implement adjustments to improve performance and delivery consistency
Provide clear insights and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders
Client Communication & Support
Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact for campaign execution and performance updates
Deliver recurring reporting and pacing updates; translate data into actionable takeaways
Respond to client questions with clarity and urgency, escalating as needed
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales on smooth handoffs, campaign scope clarity, and renewal readiness
Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Operations to troubleshoot platform or delivery issues
Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices for scaling campaign operations
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital advertising campaign execution (programmatic preferred; CTV/OTT a plus)
Strong understanding of campaign pacing, trafficking, optimization, and reporting fundamentals
Comfortable working in dashboards and performance tools; strong Excel/Sheets skills
Excellent communication skills—able to explain performance and recommendations clearly
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Must be based on the West Coast and able to work core hours in Pacific Time
What You’ll Bring & Gain
Direct experience managing high‑impact CTV campaigns across premium streaming environments
A collaborative, client‑first team that values strong execution and proactive communication
