Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area for an Inside Business Development Representative. The role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, managing outreach campaigns, and building relationships to generate new business opportunities. The representative will communicate with prospects, address their needs, and collaborate with the sales team to close deals. This position requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Sales-based skills such as lead generation, prospecting, and familiarity with outreach tools and techniques.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, work under deadlines, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity or GRC, as well as experience in technology sales, is a plus.
Proficiency in productivity tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven mindset.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
