We partner with some of Europe’s largest telecommunications providers, banks, and insurance companies to deliver Norton Cyber Safety solutions to consumers and small businesses at scale.**Mission and Goals:**The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will drive sustainable revenue growth and product activation across strategic DACH partnerships by designing and executing joint go-to-market strategies.This role plays a critical part in strengthening Norton’s position within the European consumer cybersecurity market by aligning marketing initiatives with partner business objectives and accelerating sales through integrated, insight-led programs.**Objectives:****Lead Strategic Partner Marketing Planning**
Develop and execute comprehensive joint marketing strategies aligned with both Gen and partner business goals. Translate deep understanding of partner business models into actionable growth plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.**Drive Integrated Campaign Execution**
Design and implement innovative, demand-generating marketing programs through partner channels that drive sales, product activation, and market expansion in consumer and small business segments.**Strengthen Senior-Level Partner Relationships**
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to senior stakeholders within telecommunications and financial service partners. Facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and executive teams.**Enable and Accelerate Partner Sales Teams**
Lead partner enablement initiatives including onboarding, training, messaging alignment, and campaign toolkits to equip partner sales and marketing teams to effectively position Norton’s solutions.**Optimize Performance Through Data & Insights**
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and translate insights into optimization strategies. Deliver reporting that demonstrates impact on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and product adoption.**Collaborate Cross-Functionally for Regional Growth**
Partner closely with EMEA Strategic Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure alignment with evolving cybersecurity trends (scam protection, identity, privacy, and security) and to identify expansion opportunities across Europe.**Support Market Expansion**
