Responsibilities
Create and schedule high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ect.) to drive engagement and brand visibility
Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and engage with followers
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and impactful communication
Write compelling captions for social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns
Design visually appealing graphics, info-graphics, and videos to support branding efforts and enhance audience engagement
Collaborate with vendors to produce original OEM content aligned with brand guidelines
Analyze and refine ad performance based on data-driven insights and audience segmentation
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media and marketing initiatives
Generate reports on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics
Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments
Assist marketing campaigns around product launches, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives
Apply foundational SEO principles to enhance web content visibility and search rankings
Assist in conducting keyword research and content optimization to improve digital content performance
Assist with auditing business listings to ensure branding relevancy
Qualifications
Marketing, Communications, or related field degree preferred
Proficiency in Social Media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, MetaBusiness Suite, Promoboxx, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of digital advertising
Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends
Organized with attention to detail and ability to solve problems
Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
