Responsibilities

Brand & Reputation Management: Promote the laboratory’s culture of quality and excellence through campaigns that highlight clinical accuracy, patient safety, and innovative testing solutions.

Affiliate Engagement: Collaborate with clinical partners to develop marketing programs, educational materials, and resources that support adoption and utilization of laboratory services.

Patient-Facing Marketing: Create compelling content and assets (digital and print) that explain testing options, benefits, and results to patients, enhancing patient understanding and trust.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Manage the laboratory’s website, social media, and other digital platforms to maintain relevance, drive engagement, and support patient education.

Content Creation: Develop marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, case studies, videos, presentations, and infographics that reinforce our lab’s value proposition.

Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing initiatives, monitor engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams, lab staff, and corporate marketing to align messaging and initiatives with overall organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a preference for laboratory or clinical services experience.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, patient privacy, and ethical marketing practices.

Proven ability to create engaging content for both professional and patient audiences.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, website CMS, and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
