Description We are hiring a Sr. Interior Designer to understand emerging trends, translate ideas into product solutions, and work closely with partners for handoff. You will contribute to the design of physical and conceptual solutions within a user‑centric framework.

You Will
Identify customer needs and objectives
Create solutions tailored to customer’s needs – translating needs into solutions using standard and custom products
Work in a collaborative manner across teams and disciplines
Validate ideas within customer floorplans to ensure ADA and other codes are followed
Present concepts, process, and proposals effectively to teams, both internally and externally to dealers and clients
Support teams with furniture symbols and planning guides
Create finish schemes for rendering and customer validation
Develop furniture strategies for hand off to dealer partners
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
5+ years of Interior Design experience
Experience working directly with customers
Strong communication skills
Experience working with Sketchup
A portfolio must be attached at the time of application
Desired Skills And Experience
Strong presentation skills
Deep understanding of ADA and other codes
Relationships in the A&D community
Understanding of dealer process
Steelcase product knowledge
Experience working with CET.
