About Our Agency Ive been a State Farm Agent since 2018, after spending 15 years learning the business firsthand as a team member in my moms agency. Today, I lead a passionate and experienced team of seven with over 40 years of combined industry knowledge. Our mission is simple: to deliver the most remarkable service in town.

Role Description Jasmine Ross - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
