Position Summary
Serve as a trusted strategic marketing and communications advisor to Project Health and Innovation Design Unit leadership. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with department leaders and, in coordination with UNMC Strategic Communications and Nebraska Medicine Marketing and Communications, creating and executing integrated marketing and communications plans to support the goals of the Innovation Design Unit and Project Health.
With a dual -reporting structure to both UNMC Strategic Communications and Nebraska Medicine Marketing and Communications, the strategist will collaborate closely with the Innovation Design Unit and Project Health teams to elevate the visibility and impact of these initiatives among key internal and external audiences.
In addition, the strategist will play a key role in facilitating and connecting the innovation ecosystem across Nebraska Medicine and UNMC, helping to align messaging, amplify innovation stories, and foster engagement across academic and clinical partners.
