• Provide strategic oversight for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all staff training programs. • Collaborate with the Deputy Account Executive and AHCA on training development and Knowledge Management System updates. • Support front-line staff proficiency in project materials and customer/provider support tools. • Oversee scheduling, tracking, administration, and evaluation of all training activities. • Deliver feedback and address staff questions post-training. • Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance Plan. • Supervise Trainers and QA Specialists to ensure SLA and protocol compliance. • Coordinate quality metrics monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
