Sales Director DACH (m/f/d) Your tasks: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives in the DACH region Lead and manage the full sales lifecycle across laboratory services, in-house diagnostics, imaging devices, and software/connectivity solutions Define, monitor, and achieve short- and long-term sales targets, budgets, and forecasts Translate company strategy into annual, regional, and account-specific execution plans Drive revenue growth, profitability, and continuous improvement of the Sales P&L, including cost management Shape and evolve the go-to-market strategy to support future business growth Lead strategic customer management, including customer segmentation, prioritization, and clustering Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and business partners Oversee customer negotiations and contract development Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention in collaboration with product management, service, and support teams Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities Collaborate closely with marketing and product management to optimize offerings and messaging Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, regionally distributed sales team Define KPIs, incentive plans, and performance management processes Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement Drive team engagement, change management, and alignment with company vision and values Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare industry preferred Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a matrix environment Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience managing multi-site or remote teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action Hands-on experience managing Sales P&L responsibilities Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, reporting tools, Power BI, and digital collaboration platforms Experience in designing and implementing SOPs, KPIs, and scalable sales processes Fluency in German and English Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% within the DACH region Our Benefits: Development:
