Compensation: $240,000-$300,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Equity
About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a nationally established industrial infrastructure organization seeking a senior executive leader to oversee regional performance across a multi-state territory. This role carries full responsibility for safety, quality, profitability, and strategic growth across a diverse portfolio that includes industrial construction, mission critical infrastructure, and data center development.
The region represents significant annual revenue scale and includes complex project delivery across multiple markets and geographies. This position plays a central role in shaping organizational structure, driving operational discipline, and ensuring consistent execution across the full lifecycle of industrial and mission critical programs.
This opportunity is ideal for a proven operational executive who understands how to scale complex businesses, diversify market exposure, and lead teams delivering schedule-sensitive, uptime-driven infrastructures such as data centers alongside broader industrial project portfolios.
You’ll Do Regional Performance Leadership Own regional safety, quality, and profitability outcomes
Maintain accountability for revenue performance, margin delivery, and over‑head discipline
Drive adherence to corporate operational standards and reporting expectations
Ensure execution excellence across industrial, mission critical, and data center programs
Growth & Market Diversification Lead expansion across industrial, infrastructure, and mission critical markets
Support pursuit and delivery of data center and other uptime‑sensitive opportunities
Balance portfolio mix across sectors and geographies
Position the region for sustainable growth and opportunity capture
Cross‑Selling & Client Engagement Champion integrated service delivery across the organization’s capabilities
Partner with sales and operational teams to maximize customer value
Participate in client meetings, proposals, and relationship development
Strengthen positioning within mission critical and data center client ecosystems
Project Controls & Execution Standards Ensure adherence to financial and operational control standards
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost tracking, and close‑out discipline
Collaborate with internal controls group to refine execution processes
Participate in bid and constructability reviews for complex infrastructure work
Organizational Development Design and evolve regional organizational structure
Recruit and develop professional and craft leadership
Guide workforce planning and compensation standardization
Mentor leaders responsible for mission critical and industrial delivery teams
Ensure effective labor utilization and staffing readiness
Align workforce deployment with growth objectives
Support readiness for large‑scaled data center and industrial opportunities
Partner with finance teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor performance against KPI and strategic benchmarks
Drive alignment with long‑term business planning objectives
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
15+ years of progressive operational leadership responsibility
Proven success managing complex, multi‑site or multi‑business operations
Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management capability
Experience leading mission critical data center infrastructure delivery strongly valued
Strong executive leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills
Preferred MBA or advanced degree
Experience within industrial construction, infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing
Background operating in high‑growth or acquisition‑driven organizations
Exposure to enterprise‑scale operational leadership
This role spans corporate, regional, and field environments.
Travel requirements are significant and may reach up to 75%, including overnight travel.
Field engagement may include exposure to active construction and industrial sites, including mission critical and data center environments, requiring PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
