
Worker Type: EmployeeJob Post End Date: 03/05/2026**About this opportunity:**As the Director, Human Resources – Cenovus Downstream, you will lead and execute the people strategy for Cenovus’s Downstream business in close partnership with the Head of Downstream in Dublin, OH, and the Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and long-term business goals. Within a highly matrixed organization, you will collaborate extensively with HR Centers of Excellence to integrate governance, programs, analytics, and talent strategies across functions and geographies.
