This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007.

In the position, you will serve as the Senior Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA), you will apply technical understanding of network protocols, structures, and devices to analyze adversary foreign intelligence to identify and develop a holistic understanding of adversary networks to inform reporting and operational plan execution. As the Senior DNEA you will be leading and working with government and military personnel to develop shared understanding of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise that will inform tactical, operational, and strategic decision makers across the IC, and further operations on behalf of USCYBERCOM.

Must possess a TS/SCI clearance

Must sign a non-disclosure agreement

This is a drug testing designated position

Knowledge of the full range of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices to use multi-source intelligence information systems to capture data in order to make recommendations in developing intelligence capabilities and threat assessments.

Knowledge of advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods to produce detail analyses of semi-complex to complex information/situations attained from multiple sources, to include database manipulation.

Working knowledge of a wide range of communication methods, standards, and implementations and their ability to be leveraged to maximize friendly forces advantages while minimizing enemy freedom of movement

Skill in conducting unbiased, difficult research, identify appropriate available systems/data sources, and produce collections requirements assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities and to develop new methods, approaches, or procedures.
