Summary The Asset Management Coordinator supports post-sales asset management activities that impact client retention, contract compliance, and financial accuracy. This role manages IMACD processes, asset tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate billing and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage asset installs, moves, changes, and disposals (IMACD) to ensure accurate reporting, billing, and compliance.
Maintain asset data accuracy across systems and coordinate updates with internal and external partners.
Track added and removed assets to ensure accurate client fleet reporting.
Support Data Collection Agent (DCA) management and resolve reporting or data issues.
Create and maintain monthly asset and IMACD-related reports.
Partner with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to support client needs and reporting requests.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding asset management processes.
Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of asset management or customer account support experience.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Knowledge of contract compliance and basic accounting principles.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Oracle, Tableau, or DCA experience is a plus.
