What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing initiatives

Analyze consumer trends and market intelligence to create high-impact marketing strategies

Provide actionable recommendations based on consumer and market insights

Lead the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning and audience engagement

Partner with outside agencies and vendors to support marketing efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

5-7 years of experience in corporate marketing, strategic planning, or business development

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions

Experience with ad agencies and CRM platforms strongly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

2 years of experience engaging with upper-level decision makers

Familiarity with building email marketing campaigns and developing marketing automation journeys

Experience in healthcare marketing or working within a healthcare system
