What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies

Analyze consumer trends and market intelligence to create insight‑driven marketing initiatives

Provide actionable and measurable recommendations based on analytical thinking

Lead the execution and optimization of marketing efforts to enhance brand positioning

Partner with outside agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

5-7 years of experience in corporate marketing, strategic planning, or business development

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Forward‑thinking mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions

Experience with ad agencies and CRM platforms strongly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

2 years of experience engaging with upper‑level decision makers

Experience leveraging CRM platforms and building email marketing campaigns

A blend of marketing intuition and data curiosity
