Design, build, and maintain robust, production‑grade data models to power incentives, promotions, and lifecycle analytics Partner with Data Engineering to model source data from multiple systems and implement efficient ELT patterns Define and operationalize KPI and metric definitions for marketing efficiency and ROI Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to scope requirements and deliver high‑impact datasets Continuously improve the performance and reliability of data pipelines and queries, driving best practices in analytics engineering What is Required (Qualifications):
4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI development with production data models in a cloud data stack Advanced SQL proficiency with a track record of performance tuning in Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift 2+ years implementing and maintaining dbt projects in production with Git‑based workflows Hands‑on experience orchestrating ELT/ETL pipelines with Airflow, Dagster, or similar Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience supporting growth or marketing teams, including incentives, promotions, or lifecycle/CRM Proficiency in Python for data transformation and orchestration tasks within the ELT workflow Experience with experimentation data and building datasets to support A/B tests Familiarity with data governance and cataloging best practices Background in consumer technology, marketplaces, or e-commerce operating at scale #GroceryDelivery #Ecommerce #DataEngineering #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity
