What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the development of advanced advertising analytics and tools to enhance performance across paid media channels
Own and improve analytics tools for campaign planning, bidding, forecasting, and optimization
Drive automation and operational excellence through self-service analytics and reduced manual reporting
Provide performance monitoring and decision support using predictive and prescriptive analytics
Foster cross-functional collaboration and develop a high-performing analytics team aligned with business goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in business analytics and 5+ years managing analytics teams
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex analytical models
Exceptional communication skills for translating complex analyses into actionable insights
Proven leadership ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams
