What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the loan process

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies throughout the loan process
Manage individual production and/or lead a team based on experience and assigned scope
Utilize technology tools for communication, pipeline tracking, and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
Active NMLS license
Minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage origination experience
Proven ability to develop referral relationships and maintain a client‑focused approach
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Ability to comply with applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in various lending channels including retail, wholesale, and broker capabilities
Familiarity with specialty loan programs such as down payment assistance, physician loans, and renovation financing
Previous experience utilizing CRM and workflow tools for mortgage origination
Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced mortgage environment
Knowledge of innovative marketing strategies for personal branding and client engagement
