What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Originate residential mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Develop and maintain referral relationships to grow the client base
Guide borrowers through the loan process, providing exceptional customer service
Manage loan pipeline effectively with operational support from processing and underwriting teams
Collaborate with team members and provide leadership if assigned to a team role
What is Required (Qualifications):
Active NMLS license
Minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage origination experience
Proven ability to develop referral relationships and maintain a client-focused approach
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to comply with applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with multiple lending channels, including retail, wholesale, and broker capabilities
Familiarity with a variety of loan products, including specialty programs such as down payment assistance and reverse mortgages
Previous experience utilizing technology tools for CRM and workflow management
