Youll have fun and grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships, providing personalized recommendations, and acting as a trusted advisor between customer needs and agency solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide clear, personalized recommendations.
Proactively market relevant products and services that protect customers needs.
Support customers through resolution of complex issues with empathy and professionalism.
Engage with both warm leads and new prospects to expand our reach in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in insurance, financial services, or account management preferred (but not required, well train the right person).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly
Motivated to achieve results, with a positive, team-first attitude.
Comfort with sales conversations, driven by helping people rather than pressure.
