Qualifications
Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Estate Transactions, and knowledge of Real Estate Development
Experience in Leases and Commercial Real Estate
Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage client interactions and coordinate with internal/external teams
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Understanding of real estate market trends and regulations
Relevant license or certification in real estate is required
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
