Our client is a private equity investor in the Asia Pacific region and is now expanding to the US. They are seeking an Associate to join their team. The role offers strong exposure to investments, portfolio companies, and senior decision-makers, with a steep learning curve and meaningful responsibility over time. Key Responsibilities Deal Monitoring: Support senior team members in monitoring the performance of portfolio companies, providing guidance, monitoring financial and operational KPIs, and ensuring value creation initiatives are implemented. Work closely with management teams alongside senior professionals Exits: Support the analysis and execution of exit strategies for selected portfolio investments Contribution to the team’s development and knowledge-sharing culture Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement Support IR teams on fundraising efforts, including preparation of marketing materials, investor presentations, and engagement with existing and prospective investors Participate in the development of relationships with LPs (domestic and international) alongside senior team members Contribute to increasing visibility of the Firm in the United States Support the development of selected partnerships and strategic initiatives Requirements Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Transaction Services / Deal Advisory at a Big Four or similar audit firm, with exposure to complex transactions and due diligence environments Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics from a top-tier institution preferred Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills. Strong analytical foundations with the ability to grow into deal structuring and execution over time Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely. Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders under supervision Professionalism: High level of integrity, judgment, and professionalism. Ability to represent the firm at the highest levels.
