Projects are commercial interiors predominantly in Manhattan. Project sizes are typically $2m-$10m but will include an increasing number of projects in the $20m-30m range.
This is a business that is organized with clear processes and will continue to grow. They’re looking for self-starters with solid understanding of commercial interior construction to grow with the firm.
On offer:
Base salary up to $190k
Annual Performance bonuses

About you:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent in NYC
Must have significant experience running commercial interior projects in Manhattan
OSHA SST 62
Proficiency in Procore
