
Responsibilities
Oversee property tax cycle compliance and deliverables for assigned portfolios
Manage client relationships, project plans, and reporting
Conduct property valuations, appeals, and client presentations
Lead and develop a team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Ensure timely responses to clients and assessing agencies
Support billing, forecasting, and process improvements
Maintain professional designations and active industry involvement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or Business Admin
5+ years of Real Estate Tax consulting experience
Indiana Level III certification required; CMI strongly preferred
3+ years of people management experience
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas)
Strong project management, communication, and deadline‑driven skills
Familiarity with Karbon and Appeal Track is a plus
