
Account Executive (B2B SaaS) – HR & Staffing | In-House | Beverly Hills

true B2B Account Executive
who knows how to
CLOSE deals , not just talk about them.
This role is for confident, high-energy closers who can get HR and staffing decision-makers on the phone,
run the sales cycle end-to-end , and
win vendor-switch deals
in a competitive SaaS market.
This is NOT a remote role.
In-office, full-time – Beverly Hills, CA only.
What You’ll Be Doing
Closing Deals:
Own the full sales cycle — cold calling, discovery, demos, objections, and close
Decision-Maker Sales:
Call and sell directly to HR leaders, staffing agency owners, and operations executives
Vendor Switching:
Convince companies to switch background check providers to Intelifi
High-Volume Outreach:
Daily outbound calls + follow-ups (this is a phone-heavy role)
HubSpot CRM:
Manage pipeline, activities, follow-ups, and deal stages in HubSpot
SaaS Sales Motion:
Sell recurring B2B services with compliance, accuracy, and turnaround-time objections

HR, staffing, or compliance-focused buyers

What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B closing experience
(SaaS strongly preferred)
Experience selling into
HR, staffing, payroll, compliance, or similar industries
is a BIG plus
Comfortable with
cold calling and objection handling
HubSpot CRM experience required
Strong presence, confidence, and follow-through
Must be
local to Beverly Hills, CA
and able to work in-office
Base salary + aggressive commission
Residual commissions on closed accounts
Stable, established company with
20+ years in the HR screening space
Clear product, real demand, and strong close rates
Professional in-office environment in Beverly Hills
