Job Title: Call Center Representative

3 months + possible extension
Pay Range:
$18 - $21/hr (on W2)
Responsibilities: Answer calls, research issues, work with other departments, and provide clear solutions. Act as an advocate by assisting members and providers with complaints, appeals, and appointment scheduling. Protect patient privacy by verifying caller identity and following HIPAA guidelines. Document all interactions accurately and escalate complex issues when needed
Must haves: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) 1 year Customer service experience within managed care or insurance industry
