Why ClearStar Needs You ClearStar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business while expanding relationships with existing clients. This role is a key contributor to the Sales Team and serves as a trusted advisor, delivering consultative, value‑driven solutions aligned with ClearStar’s products and services.

What You'll Do

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through assigned leads, outbound prospecting, and networking

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions throughout the sales cycle

Manage the full sales process, including discovery, presentations, proposals, and deal closure

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals

Track pipeline activity and sales performance, reporting progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives

Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM system

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and ClearStar’s offerings to identify growth opportunities and communicate value

Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and ongoing learning

What You'll Need

2‑5 years of experience in a sales or related role

Experience prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales cycle

Proficiency using CRM tools to manage pipeline and sales activity

Background screening or regulated services experience preferred, but not required

A dedicated home office space that is noise‑ and distraction‑free with access to a reliable and secure high‑speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day‑to‑day tasks.

You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and stay organized while managing multiple priorities. You are goal oriented, collaborative, and represent ClearStar with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The Pay Range For This Role Is 60,000 – 70,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
