Through our publication, broadcast presence, and agency arm, we collaborate with brands on campaigns that extend across television, editorial, digital media, and experiential placements.

As the company continues to expand, we are building a revenue-focused partnerships team responsible for driving new business and long-term brand relationships.

This is a sales role for someone who understands how to create opportunity — not wait for it.

The Opportunity The N Brand is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Executive who is confident in building their own pipeline, initiating outreach, and closing partnership deals.

This role operates on a 20% commission structure, meaning you will earn 20% of all revenue generated from the partnerships you close.

Building and maintaining your own prospect pipeline

Initiating outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking

Pitching broadcast, editorial, and sponsorship opportunities

Leading discovery conversations

Presenting custom partnership packages

Negotiating and closing deals

The N Brand provides the platform, credibility, media inventory, and internal support. Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to generate and close opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

Pipeline Development:

Identify and prospect qualified brands, agencies, and partners; maintain an active, organized pipeline within CRM; consistently develop new outreach opportunities.

Partnership Development:

Lead outreach and discovery conversations; present partnership opportunities aligned with brand goals; convert conversations into signed agreements.

Revenue Growth:

Operate with clear sales targets; track outreach, pipeline, and conversion metrics; maintain momentum and consistency in outreach efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong client communication; support successful campaign execution; foster long-term partnership opportunities.

This role is not structured as a salaried support position. It is designed for someone who wants to directly contribute to and benefit from business growth.

Compensation This is a commission-based position with a 20% commission on all revenue you personally close.

Examples:

$5,000 deal = $1,000 commission

$10,000 deal = $2,000 commission

$25,000 deal = $5,000 commission

There is no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your performance and ability to generate revenue.

This structure rewards initiative, consistency, and strong closing ability.

Requirements

Experience in sales, partnerships, or client development

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfort with outbound outreach

CRM experience preferred

Ability to operate independently in a remote environment

Expectations

Maintain consistent outreach activity

Actively build and manage a pipeline

Participate in weekly sales check-ins

Provide visibility into deal progress

Close partnerships and generate revenue
