
Inside Sales Representative – The Bath Authority
Work Schedule:
Monday‑Friday –
In Office
(3 days) 1 pm–9 pm; Saturday and Sunday –
Work from Home
(Sat 9 am–5 pm, Sun 11 am–5 pm).
Compensation:
$17–18 per hour plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Overtime opportunities available.
Responsibilities
Provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with.
Offer helpful solutions to customer’s home improvement needs.
Drive new business through inbound and outbound follow‑ups.
Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team.
Utilize B2C, B2B, or customer service experience.
Make 1–2 years of inbound/outbound calling.
Maintain good organizational skills and multitask efficiently.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and strong listening/conversational skills.
Set and achieve goals.
