Job Description Pay Rate:

Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Processes orders via phone or paper purchase order.
Answers all incoming Customer Service calls and routes to the appropriate personnel.
Processes back orders.
Communicates consistently with customer on the status of orders.
Prepares custom paperwork for international shipments.
Files orders in customer files.
Assists with customer mailings.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; SIGHT Program and Microsoft Access.
