Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Germantown team! 5:00 pm What you'll do: Provide outstanding service by taking orders via phone and email Interview customers, record information, and resolve inquiries Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and our in-house programs What you'll bring: High school diploma/GED 1-2 years of customer service experience (phone/email order taking a plus) Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a customer-first attitude Reliable personal transportation (we are not on a bus route) Requirements: Ability to communicate clearly, handle basic math, and solve routine problems Comfort using common computer software (Word, Excel, Access) Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
