Utilize your extensive NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization experience. Business Needs Analysis:
Ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution aligns with customer goals through a mix of best practices, product insights, and business acumen. Issue Resolution:
Tackle complex customer issues with effective recommendations and solutions. Collaboration:
Work closely with the customer success team to identify client needs, creating and implementing innovative strategies that exceed expectations. Passion for Business Technologies:
Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to aid clients in achieving operational efficiency. Conduct Workshops:
Gather functional requirements and facilitate solution workshops. Effective Communication:
Present confidently and clearly, showcasing strong presentation skills. Lead optimization initiatives to provide quality solutions on time. Mentor customer teams and influence leadership with key strategic decisions. Manage post-go-live client engagement and overseeNetSuite application functionality delivery. Collaborate with technical experts to drive favorable outcomes for customers. Your commitment to exceptional client satisfaction will be crucial as you navigate multiple customer engagements simultaneously while striving to meet their expectations. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in gathering customer requirements, business analysis, and preferably possess functional knowledge of NetSuite along with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Travel Requirements This role may require travel up to 25% of the time within the United States. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position in the U.S. is from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour, equating to an annual salary of $53,000 to $126,100.
