Responsibilities
As a key contributor in this consulting role, you'll provide top-tier solution leadership to our project teams.
You will:
Lead Functional Consultant : Bring your extensive NetSuite ERP implementation expertise to the table.
Analyze Business Needs : Ensure that the Oracle NetSuite solution is in alignment with customer objectives using a mix of best practices and business insights.
Resolve Complex Issues : Identify challenges and propose effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate Effectively : Work closely with the customer success team to rapidly identify client requirements, design innovative plans, and deploy solutions that exceed expectations.
Demonstrate Passion : Show your enthusiasm for business and cloud technology, utilizing analytical skills to enhance operational efficiency for clients.
Conduct Workshops : Lead functional requirements-gathering sessions and solution workshops.
Communicate Clearly : Exhibit strong presentation skills and expressive communication.
Additionally, you will:
Lead optimization efforts focused on delivering superior solutions within deadlines.
Mentor client teams, providing guidance and influencing key leadership decisions.
Manage relationships in post-go-live environments.
Oversee the implementation of NetSuite application functionalities.
Team up with NetSuite experts to achieve excellent customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates are experienced in gathering business requirements paired with strong analytical capabilities. A functional understanding of NetSuite and a grasp of accounting principles are advantageous. Interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role.
Location and Travel
This role is based in the United States and requires travel up to 25%.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; equating to an annual salary of $53,000 to $126,100, with potential for bonus and equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
