Inbound & Outbound Sales & Scheduling Representative
Full-Time | On-Site | Roofing & Home Services $25–$30/hour + Incentives
Overview We are seeking a driven
Inbound & Outbound Sales & Scheduling Representative
to manage high-volume homeowner inquiries and proactively follow up on leads to convert them into scheduled inspections.
This is a fast-paced, performance-based role that directly impacts revenue. You will handle incoming calls while also making outbound follow-ups to unscheduled leads, missed calls, aging estimates, and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries in real time
Make outbound calls to follow up on new leads, missed calls, prior estimates, and inactive prospects
Present and explain company services clearly and confidently
Qualify homeowners and gather accurate property details
Overcome objections and secure appointment commitments
Schedule inspections and estimates in CRM (Pipedrive)
Assign leads to sales reps based on territory and availability
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records
Track daily call volume, conversion rates, and scheduling targets
Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally
Qualifications
1–3+ years of inside sales, call center, or high-volume customer service experience
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound call activity
Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
Confident overcoming objections and asking for the appointment
Experience working toward daily/weekly performance metrics
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Detail‑oriented and fast with data entry
