Structure Roof and Wall Solutions is a growing commercial roofing contractor serving the Greater Houston area. We are hiring a
high-performing B2B Sales Representative
to work directly with building owners and decision-makers.
This is a
performance-based role with no income ceiling . Your effort, discipline, and ability to sell value determine your success. There are no caps, no territory limits, and no artificial ceilings — the sky is the limit.
This position is
not for everyone , and that is by design.
Who This Role Is For This opportunity is best suited for sales professionals who:
Have
prior success in B2B or business-services sales
Are comfortable speaking with
owners, property managers, and executives
Take a
consultative approach
and sell value over price
Can manage a
longer sales cycle
with consistent follow-up
Are self-directed, organized, and accountable
Are comfortable prospecting and building their own pipeline
Want uncapped income tied directly to performance
Commercial roofing experience is a plus, but
not required . Backgrounds in construction, inspections, real estate, insurance, finance, or appraisals translate well.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and developing commercial opportunities
Meeting with building owners to assess roofing needs
Performing roof inspections (must be comfortable with ladders and roofs)
Preparing and presenting proposalsFollowing up professionally to close business
Building long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral work
Compensation & Role Details
