What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve sales and gross profit targets for the assigned territory
Present and promote products through extensive product knowledge and customer engagement
Conduct product demonstrations and effectively address customer objections
Develop and maintain exceptional business relationships with customers and key influencers
Utilize CRM tools for funnel management and provide feedback on sales tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in capital and consumable products
Proven track record of closing high-volume sales
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Proficiency in technology including MS Office and Salesforce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
Industry certifications may enhance candidacy
Experience engaging with clinicians and their staff to drive product utilization
Strong understanding of industry practices and market trends
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
