Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative
to build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients, generate new business, and sell preventative maintenance contracts for HVAC systems. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, providing solutions to clients’ HVAC needs, and driving revenue growth for our company. Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Identify and target new commercial clients for HVAC maintenance contracts and service agreements. Customer Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Needs Analysis: Conduct site assessments and determine the HVAC maintenance needs of potential clients. Proposals and Presentations: Create customized maintenance plans and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position products and services. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure the delivery of high‑quality service and resolve any customer concerns. Lead Generation: Utilize various sales channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts in the CRM system. Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales, maintenance, or service is a plus. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including maintenance, service, and energy efficiency solutions. Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits
